"Creative Common" is a another "All Rights Reserved"  but with some extra stuff, instead of not being able to do anything with the "All Rights Reserved" image, "Creative Commons" lets you use the image and you may do what you want with it unless it is stated that you cant. The theme I chose is Green. Below is six images relating to my theme and each image has a different "Creative Commons".
